Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, and common areas to a high standard.
- Use the correct cleaning tools, supplies, and equipment for effective results.
- Follow safety protocols and company cleaning procedures at all times.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately.
- Complete assigned tasks within designated schedules.
- Track supply usage and request replacements as needed.
- Respond to client requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior cleaning/janitorial experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
