Job Skills / Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and perform commercial cleaning projects, including carpet cleaning, floor waxing and stripping, power washing, window cleaning, stainless steel cleaning, and general floor care.

Make deliveries of supplies and equipment to job sites as needed.

Repair and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, buffing machines, and other tools.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and on-site operations to meet client expectations.

Work flexible hours, including days, nights, or weekends, based on project demands.

Required Qualifications:

Proven project experience in commercial cleaning or similar field.

Hands-on knowledge and expertise in carpet cleaning, floor waxing, power washing, window cleaning, stainless steel cleaning, and floor care.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including making deliveries and equipment repairs.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts (days, nights, weekends).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades:
