Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and employees in a friendly, professional manner
Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
Manage visitor sign-ins and badges
Handle mail, packages, and courier deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized reception area
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms
Provide administrative support to various departments
Experience as a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
