We are looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead all human resources functions and play a key role in shaping the employee experience across the organization, including call center, sales, customer service, claims, IT, and more.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Total Rewards, and HR Compliance
- Administer payroll and HRIS using Paycom — experience with Paycom is required
- Oversee a team of 5 HR professionals handling recruiting, benefits administration, payroll, and related HR functions
- Design, implement, and maintain benefits and total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent
- Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on performance, policy, and employee relations
- Oversee background checks and reference verifications, ensuring candidates meet company standards
- Lead process improvements and develop HR policies to support our growing teams
- Track HR metrics and provide insights to guide strategic decisions

- Expert in Paycom — payroll, HRIS, and reporting
- Deep knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
- Experienced in running and reviewing background checks
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder with leadership and employees
- Passionate about supporting employees and fostering a positive, performance-driven culture
