Alternative Learning Environment Tutor (In-School Suspension)
Springfield High School and Junior High, 7-12
Term: 2021-22 school year (repost fron Sept. 2021)

Qualifications and Possible Job Duties Include:

Valid Ohio teaching certificate or license in Special Education.
Familiarity with writing and meeting the needs of students on 504s and/or IEPs.
Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
Alternatives to the above as the Board finds acceptable.
Oversee and provide instruction, in line with the Ohio Academic Standards, as needed, to students assigned to alternative learning environment (In-School Suspension).
Communicate and collaborate with building staff members to create an environment for learning.
Other duties as assigned.
