What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Customer Service position at Covenant?
- Schedule and coordinate all service calls
- Ability to learn and utilize service software that communicates to technicians via iPad.
- Maintain schedule for services of residential and commercial accounts
- Coordinate the Periodic Maintenance accounts for timely maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain customer relations via email, phone and fax, and making additions, cancellations, and changes regarding aspects of the repair work
- Forecast workload 2-3 days out
- Compile data of service technician efficiency
- Perform record keeping as needed.
- Provide repair quotes per technician specification upon occasion
- Order equipment and parts and schedule the repairs for the technicians
- Answer multiple phone lines and direct calls
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Be willing to learn and understand trade basics of plumbing and HVAC to property assess customer needs
- Work well under pressure
- Maintain attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and objectively
- Speak with/type with professional wording and proper grammar
- File, alphabetize, and categorize appropriately or as instructed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $19.09 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
