As a Residential Construction Supervisor, you'll be the face of Covenant on-siteleading a crew of up to six employees, working closely with subcontractors, and representing the company in front of clients, architects, and inspectors. This role combines leadership with fieldwork, so you'll be just as comfortable framing a wall as you are running a job meeting.

What You'll Do

- Oversee and guide high-end residential construction projects
- Manage a small crew, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Interpret architectural drawings and project specs
- Ensure clean, safe, organized job sites
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain momentum across trades and inspections
- Lead by example through workmanship, communication, and care
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, including supervisory roles
- Proficient in carpentry from framing to finish
- Able to read architectural drawings and manage project logistics
- Familiar with MA building codes and inspection processes
- Strong communicator who brings humility, clarity, and professionalism
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- $35 to $45/hour, based on experience
