KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnostic & Technical Expertise:
- Perform thorough diagnostics and assessments of residential plumbing systems.
- Identify root causes of plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
- Present clear, solution-oriented service options that help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service calls, diagnostics, and recommendations in ServiceTitan.
- Confidently close service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Deliver a five-star service experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
- Stay current on plumbing tools and industry best practices.
- Support team success by collaborating with dispatch, other technicians and office staff
- Participate in ongoing trainings and programs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed Plumber, required
- High School diploma or equivalent, required
- 4 years of plumbing experience, required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Consultative sales mindset with the ability to educate customers and present options.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl in tight or confined spaces
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment safely and effectively
