What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and guide a team of carpenters on custom home projects
- Execute framing and finish work with precision and pride
- Interpret and apply architectural plans, elevations, and details
- Maintain an orderly, safe, and respectful job site
- Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team
- Collaborate with Project Supervisors to keep timelines on track
- Uphold Covenant's high standards of quality and professionalism
- Several years of hands-on carpentry experience (frame to finish)
- Strong layout skills: floors, walls, roofs, windows, and trim
- Ability to lead a team, manage materials, and make decisions in the field
- Comfort reading plan sets and solving problems on the fly
- Respectful, professional attitude toward clients and coworkers
- Familiarity with job site safety procedures and leadership in that area
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- $30 to $38 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, year-round work on custom homes in your community
