Job Title – Field Technician
Location – Greeley, CO
Role Type – Direct Hire
Must Have Skills:
- Experience working outdoors in a construction or field environment
- Comfortable working with hands and performing physical tasks
- Ability and willingness to work at heights (towers range from 40ft to 200ft)
- Experience using safety equipment and operating in man baskets (65ft and 55ft lifts)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High adaptability and ability to perform varied tasks (e.g., climbing, concrete work, running fiber)
- Climber certification or training preferred (training provided if needed)
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot field communication and control systems for Oil & Gas clients
- Perform regular inspections and repairs on equipment and systems
- Operate safely in outdoor and elevated environments using appropriate PPE
- Climb towers and utilize man lifts to service high-access installations
- Complete fieldwork including trenching, pouring concrete, and fiber optic installations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Respond to emergency and after-hours service calls as needed
- Demonstrate self-sufficiency and independent problem-solving in the field
- Collaborate with a team of six technicians while taking personal ownership of tasks
- Embrace ongoing training and mentorship to grow field expertise
- Represent the company’s values of safety, integrity, and customer focus in every interaction
