As a Associate Groundskeeper, you’ll play a key behind‑the‑scenes role in supporting our hospital community by maintaining beautiful, well‑kept grounds for patients, visitors, and employees. From keeping parking garages and canopy areas spotless to helping motorists, reporting safety concerns, and responding to changing weather conditions, no two days are the same. You’ll patrol the property, operate equipment safely, and work closely with Security and Property Management to ensure everything runs smoothly. This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: **Texas: Lubbock** Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements. **Work Status Available:** Full time **Shift Available:** Day **Shifts Hours:** This position does require a rotational weekend schedule every three weeks. **Required Qualifications:** Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
