Duties
- Assist in distribution of invitation to bid projects
- Follow up on invitation to bid in a timely manner
- Maintain a log of project bidders
- Assist in acquiring contractor purchased, vendor supplied material pricing
- Assist in gathering and qualifying bids on or prior to bid day
- Provide accurate input of subcontractor change orders, prime contract change orders in appropriate subsections of Procore
- Assist in input and verification of pertinent information in subcontractor agreements prior to issuance
- Communicate with and assist in gathering all subcontracts and COI's in a timely manner prior to start of project
- Assist in proper file locations in Procore of all project documentation
- Ability to maintain and update subcontractor information in MS Outlook
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and understand Master Format coding for projects
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently and support time management needs
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
