Science Department - Part-Time Biology Teacher
Covenant Christian High School (Indianapolis) seeks a committed Christian educator to fill a full-time Science or Biology position for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates will be highly organized, capable of implementing Biology according to our Science Program and within the framework of a biblical Christian worldview. Candidates should also be able to work closely with other staff, especially our Science Department faculty and Administration.
The successful candidate will be able to engage, nurture, and help students acclimate to the rigors of our college-prep curriculum at the Freshman level. Candidates should be passionate about science and clearly show a desire to share that love with a diverse group of teenage students. The position will also require effective parent communication.
A bachelor's or master’s degree in science with an education track is preferred. Ideal applicants will be able to teach using both online and traditional methods and have global perspectives developed through diverse studies (i.e., camps, seminars, study abroad).
