What You'll Do
- Provide individual and group counseling services to K-12 students
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop intervention plans

- Participate in SST, MTSS, and IEP meetings as appropriate
- Connect students and families with community resources and support services
What You'll Bring
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
- Active California Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Experience providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and families
- Knowledge of child development, behavioral interventions, and trauma-informed practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based or pediatric mental health experience is a plus but not required
