What You'll Do
- Provide specialized academic instruction to students in a Mild/Moderate RSP setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and accommodations
- Serve as an IEP case manager and maintain required documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Monitor student progress and communicate updates with families and educational teams
- Create and maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Active California Education Specialist Instruction Credential with Mild/Moderate authorization or equivalent Special Education authorization
- Previous experience in an RSP or school-based Special Education setting preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development, case management, and special education compliance requirements
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
