Key Responsibilities
Staff Lead

Daily Operations
- Open and close the café
- Manage cash handling, registers, and deposits
- Monitor inventory and order supplies
- Ensure food safety and health standards are followed
Customer Service
- Provide friendly, high-quality service
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Inventory & Ordering
- Track stock levels (coffee, food, supplies)
- Place orders with vendors
- Reduce waste and control costs
Financial Oversight
- Monitor daily sales and expenses
- Help meet revenue goals
- Control labor and food costs
Cleanliness & Compliance
- Ensure café is clean and always organized
- Follow local health and safety regulations
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous food service or café experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic math and cash-handling ability
