Seasonal Full Time Positions Available
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures that all guest-facing areas are clean, tidy and well-presented.
- Be the face of the resort and always offer courteous and professional service for internal and external guests.
- Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of all grounds in line with resort procedures/expectations as assigned.
- Assists in all facets of resort cleaning and maintenance. This includes trash pickup, mowing and weed trimming, painting and site cleaning.
- Rakes, shovels, and loads material as needed relating to projects being done.
- Completes all required tasks associated with site check-ins and check-outs.
- Responds quickly and professionally to work orders assigned through Contract Services.
- Reports any unsafe conditions related to grounds and equipment to their manager.
- Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must have clean driver’s license
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Weekend work and evenings are required
- All other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to stand for long periods and ability to lift 50lbs
