Our team is constantly pushing the boundaries to deliver a superior payment solution that meets the unique needs of the cannabis industry.About the roleAs the Cova Pay Administrator, you will play a critical role in facilitating the application process for our clients, ensuring every step is completed accurately and efficiently to secure payment processing approval. You'll communicate directly with clients, gather necessary documentation, and manage the submission process, while liaising with our underwriting team. Join us at Cova Pay, where we're redefining the way cannabis stores accept credit and debit cards!Note this role requires occasional evening and weekend support, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.What you’ll be doing:Assist clients with completing the Cova Pay application processCommunicate directly with clients to gather required documentationConvert client documents to PDFs, rename as needed, and upload to SharePointFill out DocuSign applications for clients and obtain required signatureSubmit full application package to partners' underwriting teamInform clients of approval or decline statusFollowing client’s approval, assist in onboarding, including ordering hardware terminals and providing remote installation support, as needed.Regular check-ins with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and collaborationWhat we’re looking for:1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the financial industryBachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field, considered an assetStrong operational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in document management tools (DocuSign, Adobe, M365, SharePoint)Advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelComfortable liaising with clients and payment partners to support in advancing applications.Familiarity with Salesforce and project management softwareCompensation Range: $48K-$50K Annual Salary What We Offer:Begin your journey with a competitive starting salary!
