What you’ll be doing:
- Assist clients with completing the Cova Pay application process
- Communicate directly with clients to gather required documentation
- Convert client documents to PDFs, rename as needed, and upload to SharePoint
- Fill out DocuSign applications for clients and obtain required signature
- Submit full application package to partners' underwriting team
- Inform clients of approval or decline status
- Following client’s approval, assist in onboarding, including ordering hardware terminals and providing remote installation support, as needed
- Regular check-ins with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and collaboration
- 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the financial industry
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field, considered an asset
- Strong operational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in document management tools (DocuSign, Adobe, M365, SharePoint)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable liaising with clients and payment partners to support in advancing applications
- Familiarity with Salesforce and project management software
Salary : $48,000 - $50,000
