Join our team as a Cashier/Cook! We offer set schedules and employee discounts. This is a full time position, 5 days a week. We work on set scheduling, the schedule we are currently hiring for is: Monday 4:30 A.M.-1 P.M., Tuesday 4:30 A.M.-1 P.M., Thursday 4:30 A.M.-1 P.M., Friday 4:30 A.M.-1 P.M., Saturday 4:30 A.M.-12 P.M., off days are Wednesday and Sunday.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing products on the sales floor
- Use effective phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Engage in product knowledge sharing to educate customers about features and benefits
- Conduct basic retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, and pricing adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and team members
- Strong retail sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management practices
- Exceptional phone etiquette for professional remote communication
- Basic math skills necessary for accurate transaction processing and retail calculations
