Responsibilities

• Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Operate Passport POS systems for retail sales transactions and food orders
• Process cash transactions accurately, handling cash register operations with precision
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and managing food service customer order processes
• Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing counters, kitchen equipment, and dining areas
• Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and ensuring proper food safety management practices are followed
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation needs while managing time effectively in a quick service environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or fast food establishments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Passport POS
• Strong skills in food preparation, cashiering, and retail math are essential
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy hours
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail environment is a plus
