Cousineau Auto Parts is looking for a dependable, high-output Loader Operator to take ownership of our yard operations. This is not a sit-around job — this is for someone who takes pride in running equipment, keeping a clean yard, and driving production.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate loader to move vehicles, stage cars, and support dismantling operations
- Keep dismantlers productive by delivering vehicles efficiently
- Maintain organized, clean, and professional yard appearance
- Inspect dismantled vehicles to ensure:
- Parts are properly removed
- Inventory is protected
- No missed opportunities
- Load and unload vehicles, parts, and scrap materials
- Keep all equipment clean, fueled, and maintained
- Pick up debris and maintain safe working conditions
- Work closely with management to keep yard flowing efficiently

Experience Preferred:
- Loader or heavy equipment experience (required)
- Salvage yard or construction experience (a plus)
