What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound parts sales calls
- Build rapport quickly with repair shops and retail customers
- Quote parts using our inventory system
- Overcome objections and ask for the sale every time
- Follow up aggressively on open quotes
- Maintain strong gross profit margins
- Work with our yard and shipping teams to deliver accurately and on time
This is a metrics-driven position. We track:
- Calls handled
- Quotes written
- Close ratio
- Gross profit
- Follow-up activity
