What are the responsibilities and job description for the Central Services Assistant Mgr-604012 position at Coushatta?
Responsible for successful management of room blocks and inventory controls for multiple properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and optimum guest services and satisfaction. The successful direction and supervision of associates who work in Central Services. Provide accurate, timely information for guests about the Casino, Hotel and events, service, and amenities, ensure optimum guest satisfaction. Responsible for the overall management of Central Services under the guidance of the Central Services Manager and to step in to the Manager role when and if the Central Services Manager is unavailable.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) required. Some college courses in Hotel Management preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess excellent communication skills. Previous Hotel/Motel experience preferred. Must have a high level of independence and initiative and be able to maintain a professional, positive demeanor in stressful situations, always remaining polite to the guests.
