As a Valet Attendant, you’ll be one of the first faces our guests see and an important part of their HALL Park experience. You’ll welcome guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, provide transportation, and help guests navigate the hotel and surrounding area. Your efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care will help make every arrival and departure feel effortless.

Education And Experience

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must pass annual MVR screening.
• No more than one moving violation within a 2-year period.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience preferred.
• Ability to drive manual transmission and a variety of vehicle types.
• Knowledge of local roads and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to remain gracious under pressure.
  
  

Work Environment And Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Stand and maintain active mobility for up to 4 hours at a time.
• Frequent entering and exiting of vehicles and running up to 500 yards throughout the day.
• Ability to lift and transport at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to push and pull carts or equipment up to 250 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Must wear comfortable, closed-toe, non-skid shoes and maintain professional uniform standards.
• Safety is a priority in all guest, vehicle, and transportation activities.
