About the opportunity
The Driver is responsible for providing safe, courteous, and reliable transportation services for guests, team members, and hotel operations as assigned, ensuring a welcoming and professional transportation experience while maintaining vehicle safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
What you'll get to do
- Provide safe and timely transportation for guests to and from designated locations, including airports, local attractions, and property-related destinations
- Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with entering and exiting the vehicle
- Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading as needed
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of assigned vehicles at all times
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Previous driving or hospitality transportation experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of local area roads, attractions, and routes preferred
- Ability to safely operate vehicles in various traffic and weather conditions
- Professional, courteous, and guest-focused demeanor
