We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational skills, proven financial acumen, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest service. Knowledge of Bistro operations is required. While Marriott brand experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for the right candidate with strong hotel operations expertise.

- Assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments run efficiently and meet brand and company standards.
- Oversee Bistro operations, including team management, food safety compliance, inventory, ordering, and service quality.
- Support and lead front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to maintain a guest-first environment.
- Manage financial processes, including reviewing daily reports, labor controls, forecasting, budgeting, and cost management.
- Handle purchasing and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company procedures (SRC, purchasing platforms, etc.).
- Maintain compliance with Marriott brand standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and developing staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high guest satisfaction scores.
- Step in for the General Manager when needed.
- Previous hotel supervisory or management experience required; AGM experience preferred.
- Bistro / F&B operations knowledge required.
- Marriott experience preferred but not required.
- Strong financial understanding including labor management, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, and invoice processing (SRC or similar systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
