Assistant Manager
Position Overview
The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations, driving profitability, delivering excellent guest service, and developing a strong team. This role oversees 15–30employees, including Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and control costs.
- Oversee cash handling and security procedures.
- Ensure equipment and facility maintenance.
- Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Uphold operational and brand standards.
- Support scheduling, staffing, and team development.
- 24-hour restaurant experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 with a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred).
- 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and guest service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
- ServSafe certification required.
