What are the responsibilities and job description for the Afternoon Caregiver position at COURTYARD MANOR OF HOWELL?
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Follow established systems and protocols for resident care
- Respect and uphold resident rights and privacy
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors
- Assist with heavy lifting and transferring of residents, as required
-Assist with all Activities of Daily Living for residents such as bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, changing etc.
-Light housekeeping and laundry
Requirements:
- Experience or certification in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
