Our Courtyard by Marriott is "NOW HIRING" for the following positions:
- Assistant General Manaager, FULL TIME 3-5 years hotel exp required
- part time maintenance
- part time shuttle driver
- part time and full time in the restaurant in both AM& PM positon's in our Bistro
- part time front desk 7a-3p shifts and 3p-11p shifts, hotel exp required
- part time and full time housekeeping
We are conducting Open Interviews this coming week on Tuesday April 7th and Wednesday April 8th, 2026. The interview's will be held from 900 am to 300 pm. Please dress for the interview. Interviews will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott at 46 Cavalier Blvd Florence KY 41042.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay
- Assist with all guest
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby and Bistro
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate guest services, including reservations and special requests and Bistro orders
- Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests
- Support other hotel operations as needed, including assisting with concierge services or administrative tasks
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to guest needs
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
