• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment
• Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to guarantee guest satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues and report them promptly
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Support janitorial and industrial cleaning tasks as needed to uphold overall facility hygiene

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and customer service principles is a plus
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Commitment to safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning supplies
