Role Description
This full-time, on-site Food Service Worker/Bistro role is located at Courtyard by Marriott in Shenandoah, TX. The responsibilities include preparing and serving food and beverages for guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The role requires excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for every guest. Additional tasks include adhering to food safety guidelines and assisting in keeping the bistro area clean, organized, and well-stocked during operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Preparation and Food Safety practices
- Skills in Food Service and handling Food & Beverage items
- Strong Customer Service abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and with a team
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or food service setting is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
