Responsibilities
- Operate garment care machines such as industrial washers, dryers, and dry cleaning equipment to process textiles efficiently.
- Handle laundry materials with care, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing textiles according to type and care instructions.
- Use push carts and other materials handling tools to transport heavy loads safely within the facility.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols during manual handling, heavy lifting, and operation of machinery to prevent accidents.
- Maintain sanitation standards by properly using laundry detergents and cleaning agents, ensuring all equipment and work areas are clean and hygienic.
- Assist with textile cleaning processes including dry cleaning when necessary, following all safety standards in production.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests for laundry services and ensuring garments are returned in pristine condition.
Skills
