We’re seeking a dependable and service-driven Night Auditor to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both quiet overnight shifts and fast-paced morning interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit processes and balance daily transactions
- Greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phones, handle guest requests and resolve concerns with a positive attitude
- Prepare morning reports and ensure a smooth handover to the next shift
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and support daily front desk operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold Marriott brand standards
Qualifications:
- Previous Night Audit or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
- Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is a plus
- Must be available to work scheduled hours consistently
