Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Night Auditor for the Weekends to join our team. As a key overnight team member, the Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during night hours, handling financial audits, guest services, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals with a hospitality background who enjoy working independently, thrive under pressure, and consistently deliver exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing top-tier service and resolving any inquiries or issues.
• Oversee front desk operations during the night shift, including managing reservations and processing payments.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests, manage calls, and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of guest records and reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
• Provide guests with information on hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Communicate effectively with morning shift teams to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations; night audit experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in basic accounting and auditing procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Strong computer skills, including reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and remain composed during overnight hours.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong guest-service orientation.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends availability required..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
