Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations across all departments
- Lead, coach, and develop front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest service
- Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and revenue performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, and procedures
- Handle guest escalations and resolve complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training hotel staff
- Oversee scheduling and manage day-to-day staffing needs to optimize hotel performance
Requirements:
- 2 years of hotel management or assistant management experience, preferably with a branded property
- Prior Marriott or major hotel brand experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and F&B
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS); experience with Marriott systems a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
