Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and compliance with brand standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Courtyard brand standards and Marriott policies
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and service quality
Financial Performance
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates)
- Implement cost-control strategies to maximize profit
Guest Experience
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle escalated complaints
- Maintain strong online ratings and brand reputation
- Drive guest loyalty programs like Marriott Bonvoy
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop department heads and staff
- Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure staff engagement
Sales & Marketing
- Work with sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue

Qualifications
