What You'll Do as a Bistro Attendant
- Be the Face of the Event: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism to ensure a welcoming and caring atmosphere.
- Execute Event Setups: Prepare banquet rooms by arranging linens, table settings, service ware, and glassware to event standards.
- Serve with Excellence: Deliver food and beverage service in a timely, attentive manner while adhering to Prominence Hospitality's quality and safety standards.
- Support Event Flow: Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness of prep areas, dining setups, and service stations according to health and safety regulations.
