What are the responsibilities and job description for the Glassmaking Instructor position at Prospector's Cook House?
We are looking for a glass maker to teach classes in our studio at Rockhound Rock Shop in downtown Galesburg, Michigan. We are looking for someone that makes glass beads or other small glass items that can be made in a one-day class. If we can get things up and running, we may even make an area exclusively for glass making. We will provide all materials needed, advertise to fill classes and handle registration, all you need to do is teach a class the day of. Evening and weekends are when classes fill the best. We did glass making classes years ago and it went very well, but our instructor moved to take care of her mom, so we want to try and start it back up.
