Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers about service options and costs, schedule appointments and more.- Greet customers and answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and keep customers informed of changes
- Upon service work completion, review work order with the customer to ensure all they are satisfied
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:
Auto Dealership Service Advisor experience is required- Good customer service, computer and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanical operations
- Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and insurance
