Responsibilities:
- Perform recall repairs on vehicles per manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding recall services performed.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services completed.
- Stay updated on manufacturer recall bulletins and service procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
Required: Valid automotive technician certification.- Required: Experience in automotive repair and recall processes.
- Required: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
