Responsibilities - Experienced Auto Dealership Billing/Accounting Clerk:
- Processes auto dealership billing of vehicle purchases, verifies deal contents, issues payoff checks for trade-ins, and more.
- Posts all sale transactions to accounting in the dealership's DMS
- Verifies accuracy of posting through reporting systems in place and a Finance & Insurance log
- Prepares monthly/quarterly remittances
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications - Experienced Auto Dealership Billing/Accounting Clerk:
- Auto Dealership Billing/Accounting Clerk experience is required
- Strong accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to analyze and research information is required
- Detail oriented and organized
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Team participant
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
