Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time, on-site Clinical Therapist role located in Glenview, Wilmette, Glencoe, Lake Bluff. The Clinical Therapist will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, performing case management duties, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Therapists will help clients build strengths and achieve their mental health goals through personalized interventions and ongoing support from Clinical Directors, and leadership team.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Work, Psychology, and Mental Health to provide effective therapy and support
- Proficiency in Case Management to coordinate and monitor care plans
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (required)
- Current license in clinical social work (LCSW), counseling (LCPC), or clinical psychology (PsyD/PhD) in Illinois
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in therapy for diverse populations and cultural competence is a plus
