Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Incident & Claims Specialist to manage and process workplace accidents, claims, and related incidents. The ideal candidate will investigate incidents, document findings, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and document workplace accidents and incidents.
- Manage claims from initial report through resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Identify trends and recommend preventive measures to reduce future incidents.
- Assist with safety audits and training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in claims management, safety, or risk management is a plus.
