Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists with daily guidance, training, and direction to the plumbing crew.
- Performs work under minimal supervision.
- Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher level staff.
- Assembles, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to project specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, fixtures and boilers for hydronic heating, water, drainage systems, and medgas.
- Adheres to project safety and job quality by performing all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Maintains a professional demeanor with field team, general contractors, owners/customers, and vendors to support a positive work environment.
- Makes decisions by analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Ability to review and interpret blueprints, plans, manuals, building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Possesses good communication skills with an ability to follow directions.
- High level of manual dexterity and an ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Physical stamina required.
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
Salary : $32 - $50
