REGISTRAR OF VOTERSTEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT APPLICATIONMaps and Vote Centers: MapsTemporary Election Worker Specialist-LeadThe Registrar of Voters Office conducts elections for San Diego County. Major elections for President, State Offices, School Boards, Special Districts, and Cities are held in even years. Some special elections are held in odd years.Primary responsibilities are to prepare and maintain a detailed Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping system using ArcGIS PRO and an election data management system for voter record maintenance, parcel/street address research, and other electoral purposes; and perform related work. Answering/transferring phone calls, researching voter registration, and customer service. In addition, will assist with various clerical duties as needed.This recruitment is open continuously and can close at any time once the business needs of the department have been met.
