What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heating And Air Conditioning Mechanic position at County of Monmouth?
Salary: $43,100 $5,000 Stipend
Under supervision, the Monmouth County Heating and Air Conditioning Mechanic will install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment and components. Collaborate with coworkers and other trades to complete renovations. Overtime is required at the discretion of the County. Monday through Friday. During winter months duties include snow removal.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Performs preventative maintenance work
•Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs HVAC equipment and components
•Responds to emergency maintenance repairs.
•Snow removal during winter months
REQUIREMENTS:
•Valid driver’s license required.
EXPERIENCE:
•Three (3) years of experience in work involving the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment.
NOTE: A valid Universal Refrigerant License required
