- Answer phones & assist customers
- Schedule appointments & manage work orders
- Create & organize job folders
- Make customer feedback calls
- Handle daily office tasks & communication
- Help create TikToks, reels & social media content
- Bring new creative ideas to office
- Stay up to date with social media trends

- HVAC experience is NOT required — we'll train you!
