Our mission here is clear; we "Promote Excellence" at Merrimack County Nursing Home.Resident Caregivers are responsible for providing assistance and support to residents. Plays an instrumental role in observing, documenting and reporting any mental, physical or behavioral changes that may indicate acute illness or decline in overall health.
