In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with accurate information and directing them to the appropriate personnel. You will also be responsible for supervising assigned staff, maintaining office supply inventory, and assisting in the scheduling of special events and rentals. Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and providing accurate information to callers
- Supervising assigned staff, including scheduling, instructing, and reviewing their work
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Assisting in the scheduling of special events and rentals
- Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate location
- Providing information to the public regarding company policies and procedures
- Accepting and processing reservations for facility use
- Performing routine clerical work, such as typing, copying, filing, and processing various documents
- Collecting, receipting, and accounting for various payments received
- Assisting with concession and game room operations
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to supervise and manage a team
- Proficiency in computer data entry and use of office equipment
- Experience in handling cash transactions and maintaining records
